I'd recommend voyage as it is even lighter than PW. I ignore the page buttons, I have tendonitis issues and even on lightest setting I don't like having to move thumb around and press, but it is
very easy to read one handed as you can tap pretty much anywhere except left screen edge to page forward. or you can swipe.
I bought one of the £10 pseudo-leather covers which does the auto sleep trick and which folds right back for one handed reading
