I know this stuff is still in the download center, but it's only available for people who have a retail version, AFAIK. I don't have retail versions of Windows, as I get them at the same time as the computer. They're OEM's.
Previously, MS offerered ISO downloads of all versions of Windows and Office for free, to anyone around the world, through their provider, Digital River. It's that practice that they have discontinued, but it was the only official way for me to download updated Windows ISO files. (The first thing I would normally do with a new computer from any manufacturer is reinstall it from scratch; faster than removing all of their bloatware.)
