Calibre Cloud also claims support for the Box and Google Drive, as well as Dropbox.

There's a 'newish' one called CalibreBox, which is DropBox only, there's a sticky for it in the Related Tools subforum.+

But none of them support OneDrive nor do they show much interest in doing so.
