is auto sleep/auto wake a requirement.

if not, then any 7 inch tablet + documents holder could work & there will be lots of choice


but for auto sleep/wake, I guess you'll need one that knows where the PW switches are

e.g. I recall having a zipped travel case for the original Kobo reader which had the kobo secured by straps on the right and lots of document storage on the left. but with that sort of design you'd take the reader out of it's case to actually read on it.

also, for reading with cover still attached, I like a cover that folds back 180 degrees, but I can't see that working if you have documents slotted in, as in effect you'd be turning that docs storage bit inside out, with risk of loss.
