You have to copy your books into the books folder that should be in the directory on your phone. Once that is done you unplug and go into Aldiko to import your books, then you have to find the books folder and select that, from there it should then start uploading your books into Aldiko.
I store all my books on my phone, not on a card, it just makes things easier for me.
