I received a similar email and when I put the book in the cart it said I owed zero. (The book was under 5 dollars.) So I am guessing that you don't really have the 5 dollar credit. I didn't have to input anything. OTOH, there is nowhere that shows that I have the credit. I just put a book in and it took the amount off. When I put in a book that was more than 5 dollars, I owed 1.62 (or something like that).
