Following Energy Sistem's request, I filed for a warranty ticket on May 28th, which currently (June 2nd) is still somewhere in limbo.
I would like to be proven wrong, but up to now (my initial support ticket dates from May 19th !), Energy Sistem's support leaves a lot to be desired.
