Hello,
If you can, don’t erase the css file but rather, inside it, the font-family and @font-face declarations. This way your book will stay formatted (paragraph, indentation, capitals, etc.) but it will let you change de font. You can also use the plugin «*modify epubs*» to remove them easily.
