Thanks for the information, it's much appreciated.

My Kindle PW2 firmware is version 5.6.1.0.6. I went to the thread you posted and although some of it was confusing to me, I think I did manage to follow the instructions properly. I tried it over and over again and it just didn't work with the FONT_RAMP text file. I tried using the different values that were posted, but to no avail. I don't know why it didn't work. I'm pretty upset about this because my PW2 is useless to me if I can't fix this problem.

Do you have any idea why the FONT_RAMP hack didn't work?
