as far as I know the annotation and note-taking ability is planned but not fully integrated yet.
As with many things, you'll have to wait for the final software and/or third party apps to add this.
A little bit of trust is required here...I guess everyone will have to decide for himself/herself whether they'll trust iRex and it's partners in this.
