Kobo do not have a tool to do it. But, they are stored in an SQLite database and there are several tools that people have written to extract them. I don't use evernote, so I don't know how suitable they are for use with it.
Yes, someone has. It is done in exactly the same way a the other Kobo ereaders that have an internal micro SD card. See Memory Upgrade Mod Guide. The instructions are for the Glo, but the steps and tools are the same. |

Thanks for the keyword SQLite database. I googled it and able to find some ways to do it! Highlighting vocabulary and then exporting it are fine for me
