double character when encoding as entity
1. Bug: When encoding few characters eg. » « „ “ with » « „ “ all characters in Book View are double (««).
2. Bug: When edit in Book view (and switching in source view), Sigil converts all entity in plain characters (double!).
OS: Siduction amd64, Debian GNU/Linux unstable (sid)
Sigil: Sigil 0.8.6 (Unofficial Sigil Ubuntu-ish binary packages)
