I hope you can get your plugins reloaded. I thought the appdata had that info too. But maybe it just has the settings for them?

If you do backup your actual Calibre libraries to a cloud service, just be sure to turn the sync option off before you open Calibre if you are making ANY changes/additions to your libraries and turn it back on once you have closed Calibre.

I originally had a shortcut to auto sync to my Copy cloud, but removed it after Kovid said that can cause issues since I am using Windows. See Here and here
