SOLVED: Changing a book's cover!

Calibre does everything inside its database only, without touching the books. Metadata, and thus, cover updates, are only written to the book if you either use Polish Books (updates books in the database), or use Save to Disk (writes books into a folder on the hard disk, and then updates those copies).
Thanks a million! I used the "Save to Disk" option and replaced my Kindle file with the exported-from-Calibre file with total success. Great help my friend.
