This book does include recipes, quite a number of them in fact. They are international in scope. Along with the food recipes, there are also recipes for a lot of different concoctions that you probably don't want to eat. Really interesting book!
Don't let the fact that this is a self-published title fool you--this is a great book. Why hasn't a major publisher gotten a hold of it? I dunno.
I'm sure that if you don't have a mortar and pestle, you can get one at Amazon. A to Z and all of that. ha.
