I have sent the link to the image, but, you should try a factory reset using the buttons:

- Charge the device for at least an hour.
- Hold the power switch in the off position for 20 seconds. This is to ensure the device is off.
- Hold the light button down and turn the device on.
- When the LED starts flashing, release the light button.

If that doesn't work, try again with a bit extra time at each step.

And if that doesn't work, hopefully restoring the image will.
