If anyone were really that paranoid, they could always phone O2 customer service and confirm with them that the message really did come from O2, although the URL should be proof enough, unless you suspect someone of hijacking O2's domain. Personally, as you can see, I haven't bothered - I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in accessing porn sites.
