The chapter progress is definitely on my ideal list as well. Moon+ Reader is my favorite for this feature. It shows the chapter name, page x of y for the chapter, and the percentage of the book read. Give it a try - it might be the closest to meeting your needs.
In terms of respecting CSS it's not the best - it does great with it's own native settings but I find it does not render a book wonderfully when you set it to show the publisher formatting.
