Looks tasty, but with good mushrooms and a really tasty cheese (hence the choice of a blue cheese) you really don't need the bacon to add flavour. And (with the right cheese) it's handy for vegetarians. (Serve with some very lightly dressed leaves, and some bread to soak up those gorgeous juices....)
