Hab mich schon immer gefragt, was passieren würde, wenn sich jemand bei ebooks nicht dran halten würde. Die Lage scheint mir etwas seltsam. Auf der einen Seite soll die Buchpreisbindung gelten, aber auf der anderen Seite gelten sie steuerlich und rechtlich als Dienstleistung. Passt irgendwie nicht zusammen.
