Very sad to hear.

67 seems like a rather young age these days, and though I haven't read all that much of her work, I really enjoyed her Tales of the Flat Earth series* from old library paperbacks when I was growing up.

* To this day I still recall a passage in one of the books where the narrative says that the hero of some fabulous tale encountered some sort of room/garden/whatever setting which was quote-unquote "so indescribably beautiful" that the narrative wasn't going to bother to describe it. It was, and still remains, hilarious, IMHO.
