I went into a jbhifi in Aus today to have a look and I was pretty disappointed. I'm also all about the screen (hence my obsession and love for the H2o which still blows me away sometimes) and there was really nothing special about the device.
I thought the design was really cute- really basic but utalitarian and its probably the best back cover of any kobo. On the lates firmware too, it seemed to run very, very fast too. The light is probably up there with the h2o in terms of evenness and distribution so good jok Kobo.
But yeah, you have no idea how much I wanted to buy this. I went into the store with cash in hand pretty much. But yeah, unfortunately the 300ppi didn't blow me away like I thought it should so for now, I'm happily sticking with my beautiful (however, slightly scratched/chipped screen'd) kobo!!

Oops- deleted the wrong part lol!!! Edit: the 300ppi sux, it looks worse than the h20 and possibly even worse than the original glo. It seems kobo have opted to stick with the cold, icy blue that makes me feel like a junkie in one of those blue light bathrooms every time I open the device. Such a shame, I -needed- to throw away my money on this!
