Just tap on your right/left of the screen to scroll down/up. When the app reaches the end of the page, a new tap on the right of the screen will go to the next page. If you read in portrait mode, EbookDroid will show you the full page. Don't use "Automatic". Remember to change pages or to scroll down, you only need to tap on the right. Belive me, Koreader does nothing compared with EbookDroid; you just need to take some time in order to learn how to use it. Maybe this tutorial can help you a bit with that task:
