Still that way now. I went into Futur... Best Buy a week ago to get the Glo HD but I wanted to check out the models they had on display. All the Kobos were in need of being set up. Which reminds me I need to fill out their survey and tell them what a piss poor job they are doing.

Other than that I've been using my new Glo HD and love it. I've gone through 3 books in the last week instead of getting yard work done on my vacation
