The screen resolution is pretty much the same though the Glo HD looks a hair sharper since the screen is smaller. I went with the Aura HD and then the H2O for the larger screen as my old eyes appreciate the larger font size for the same amount of text on the screen. As far as the physical size, for my hands, the HD/H2O are a good fit. My wife prefers the Aura and is looking at the Glo HD -- her opinion is the HD/H2O are too big for her to hold comfortably and don't fit into her purse but she does want the higher screen resolution. The frontlight on my Aura HD and H2O are very even and the two Glo HDs I've seen also had very even lighting.

Unless you need/want the water resistance of the H2O, it pretty well comes down to the size and if you can live without the external uSD card slot.
