I have deeply enjoyed last one she has self-published, "Only Human", although not really romance but paranormal. If we are talking about romance, I'm not sure I can recommend only one. I like her paranormal books as Zenina Masters (not the menage books).
You have to keep in mind that all of them are quite short, so not a long story/development at any of them, but funny books.
