Yes, I like that too! I used to re-enact that time period. However, since we were enacting battlefields, and doing it in the middle of the summer out in the sun, no one much wanted to wear gear as fancy as that. They did frequently have to wear red woolen frock coats, though. (At least, the British army side did.)
