No, I mean you have to worry about anti-virus and anti-malware software (updating and upkeep) and issues with the Registry (cleaning out the cruft, etc). And there's also issues with upgrading all the applications (Flash, Java, Adobe, etc.) -- all done with one command in Linux Mint. My father used Windows until a few years ago. It was a pain to support him (I'm 600 miles away) -- when he moved to Linux Mint those issues went away.
