- I've seen it too within the same library. Think it was before Kovid did some changes to folder/file handling a couple of years ago - might have been a Windows only thing. Can't recall the exact circumstance (assuming I ever knew it) but it would show up in my backup logs. Haven't seen one for a long, long time.
