Barnes and Noble has a trade-in promotion where you can get from $25 to $200 on your old device toward the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Tab for Nook.

All Nook devices, including the original, are worth $50. I've got a classic Nook gathering dust and I'd be tempted to get the 7" Tab if I had any use at all for it.
