I have recently been woondering about mens fashions which is kind of weird as I typically don't obsess over such things, but mainly I wonder what it would take to change mens fashions very much? It's really kind of boring anymore. My Dad, who was a Lawyer that started out as a New Mexico Cowboy, was really kind of a Peacock. Somehow, early in his legal career, he stumbled on a Chinese tailor that would come to Denver once a year. Without fail he would but a minnimum of 3 suits, and these were all 3 piece, the inside of the jackets and the back of the vests having matching satin brocade. He'd also get at least 2 pair of handmade cowboy boots and one or two stetsons a year. Casual Day for him was Saturdays and that meant dress slacks a nice western shirt and a bolo tie. Sundays were coveralls, his oldest broke in boots and a soft cap.

actually, the apple didn't fall terribly far from the tree I suppose. After years of being in either uniforms, or carhartts and steel toed boots, I'm told that I kind of dress up a bit
