Firstly, I can't see a problem here. The conversion options open OK from preferences, and a conversion from epub to kepub worked.

Now, looking at the error, it doesn't appear that the KePub Output plugin is installed. It should be listed as one of the installed plugins. I would suggest checking it is listed in the plugin list and uninstalling it and reinstalling
