I got 3 when I complained about not getting them from the recent promotion.

Well, I've just made things even worse. While trying to get the correct book through the app I have somehow managed to delete the book from my library altogether.
So now I have no book at all, no store credit and no 90% coupon.
I'd tell you all what I think of Kobo right now, but I'm pretty sure my account here would be closed for use of filthy language.
