When I bought my Voyage last year from the U.S. via a re-shipper I chose the one with the special offers only because the delivery date was a lot earlier.
I put up with the extra page swipe for a couple of months but decided it was well worth $20 to get rid of them.
I had to contact Amazon to remove the offers, as the usual button in 'my account' to do this was missing as I am not in the U.S.
Amazon very generously removed the offers for free, although I was more than happy to pay for this. They really have the best customer service.
