A quick comment on the 'high heels' topic. A woman that worked in one of the offices where I worked was a giant 4 foot 7 inches tall and always dressed perfectly for work. Nothing out of place. I did a quick double take one day in our local mall when I saw her in jeans and a T-shirt. The slogan on the shirt said.."High Heels Were Invented By A Woman Who Was Constantly Being Kissed On The Forehead". I got a good chuckle outta that!
