Weird. It appears that the underlying QWebview html is what's actually being copied to the clipboard (Show Details on the Messagebox reveals this), but regardless of which option you choose (Yes/No), it appears that the normal paste is working (When copying from Sigil's Book View to Sigil's Book View). Seems to be an issue on the Linux Platform as well.

That's got all the makings of a Qt bug. Will have to do some investigating. This is out of my area, though. I never do any editing in Book View, so I can't say when (what version of Qt/Sigil) this started happening.
