CORRECTION!!
I will rephrase:
You don't pay 10% extra to the Government. If however you have a refund coming from the Government, the money coming back to you will be increased by 10% when you use the Turbo Tax and Amazon function.

Yes there are limits and such. Read the details in the above citation.

It ends up with you having a new Gift card on Amazon that you pay your Amazon charges with
