i have a kobo glo (non hd) and *sometimes* have this issue with dictionary lookup.

For example, the other day when trying to look up a word (maybe third or fourth line from the top, second or third word on the line,...definitely not the last word of the first paragraph that davidfor mentioned), no matter how long or short i held it, it always immediately flashed, then would underline, then when i released my finger, it would turn to the previous page ( which a tap should do in that location). It did this 100% of the times i attempted, which I'm guessing was about 20. In between i also tried a word lower on the page, which worked fine. i ended up giving up looking up the word, as i was too lazy to memorise the spelling and enter it manually.

I'm on 3.15, it was an epub from the library ( so drmed).
only had issues with words at the edge of the screen before this firmware, thought it strange as it was definitely not an issue of missing the word with my touch, as the word did get underlined.

Note: I wouldn't be able to reproduce that instance, and its' the only one which I remember the details clearly as I have since "returned" the eBook and it's not on my device.
