I have Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. Sigil version is 0.8.4. Ctrl+V doesn't work in Book View, does work in Code View, and anyhow works from the top menu (Edit > Paste).
Also works if I right-click in Book View.
Never noticed this before this thread. I doubt I've ever tried to paste into Book View, because it used to be a dodgy place to edit anything, as contrasted with Code View. That no longer seems to be the case.
