I see. The secure payment handler rejects the charge if you have requested VAT exemption, a request that comes implicit when one fills the intracommunitary VAT number in the address field. Removing this field, the whole process works! So I have already done the request. And it is number 582, a long way since the #500 of Monday orders (even if some of them are for sure unconfirmed orders. I myself have produced one while hitting against the bug).
Incidentally, this bug implies that, as announced, the shop has not been used for companies, only for individual shoppers.
