i purchase this from office depot: FORAY Pad & Tablet Folio, 9 1/2" x 12 1/4", Black (# 844148).

i just removed the paper pad and placed the reader inside. there's nothing on the device that actually holds the reader secure, but having a thicker cover than the sony supplied sleeve is better than nothing while placed in a bag/back-pack during transport. and i suppose if you have the resources to sew 4 elastic bands to this cover, you can actually create a secure cover.
