Jimmy doggedly thought about the real estate occupied by the dead, and how he could make a fortune if apartment complexes and golf courses were built in all those hundreds of thousands of cemeteries, if not for the constant fog which posed serious limitations on his design theories, not to mention the soggy ground which put a damper on golf.
