Hello dow....because it shipped from Canada, were you charged an import fee? Also, what about U.S. taxes, how do they calculate them? I am trying to decide who to order my Kobo Aura H20 from....and I would have thought that buying directly from Kobo would eliminate the import fee, because they do say Kobo USA on their website. I am confused
