Okay, this situation must be very stressful for you, so please bear with us whilst we try to help you figure out what's going on.
First off, do you see the missing books in Kobo Desktop for PC?
Are you aware that you can download the kepub formatted ebooks that are in Kobo Desktop for PC into Calibre, by using the obok plugin?
Did you have Calibre installed in your previous PC? Did you have any/all your ebooks in Calibre? Did you have a copy/backup of Calibre?
