I am using the share by email (send to kindle) with gmx and it works but it appears that gmx has some anti-spam features now and it returning 550 unavailable mailbox after 5 messages sent via Calibre's normal gmx wait time. From messaging I assume that wait time is about 1 second for gmx and 5 minutes for hotmail.

How can I change the behavior of calibre to pause longer between sending emails when using the gmx email servers?
