When you say "name your ebooks", do you mean the title, or the actual file name?
I use Calibre, so I don't have to worry about naming the file based on some obscure notion of mine that will be sure to change in a year or three.
I use calibre to organize my ebooks and then use the kindle collection plugin to sort them by series when they're on my kindle...
