I sent KOBO an email about not getting the refer a friend codes. 2 customer service reps answered.

The first one asked me to send a screenshot of my friend's purchase as proof - -which is is ridiculous. Before I could respond, the second customer service rep asked me to provide my friend's email address.

I'm not sure...my friend is actually my daughter so we have the same billing address. Do you think that matters?
