Oh come on you guys and gals! It's a paid vacation for TWO! In paradise. My laptop would be the first thing I ditch! I get so sick of it. A laptop--how romantic, gah!

AprilHare, as long as the device is full of eBooks, it might not matter much which device it is.

Edited to add: My opinion about laptops in no way, shape, or form reflects how I feel about MobileRead.
