That was my understanding too, but when I first read your post I thought the "it is possible" and "the problem is" referred to two different approaches. Now I see it is the same thing, i.e., it is possible but there is still a problem.
Fortunately for me, I prefer to leave the interface in English even if my mother language is available, I don't want to be constantly annoyed by poor translations
