THIS! Is the best. I've used OpenOffice.org/LibreOffice for many years and I have never seen "Master Document" until you and eschwartz pointed it out. I'm no power-user by any stretch, but the more I learn about the program, the more things I find I can do with it. It's probably the answer for my next time. If eschwartz' suggestion works, I won't need to do it for this book, but I will use it for the next one.

A suggestion export/save your documents for conversion as *.docx, the calibre converter for *.docx is better then the one for odt.
